Whisk the yoghurt, lime juice and chat masala until smooth.
Cut the cheese into rectangle shape .
Marinate the cheese sticks in this gently turning to coat.
Leave in an open flat platter in the fridge for about an hour.
Now take tomato masala oats in a plate.
Roll the cheese sticks into the oats crumbs.
Heat non stick pan add 1 tbsp oil.
Place the cheese sticks and fry over a medium flame until golden and crisp.
Squeeze some lime juice over if desired and serve immediately with a garlic chilli sauce or tangy green chutney.
